Synopsis of The Darjeeling Limited

Since their father's funeral, the three brothers have not interacted with each other for a year. The eldest brother Francis (Owen Wilson) planned a careful trip to India and told his younger brothers that this was to find themselves and their affection for each other. Although they are not keen on this trip, the second child Peter (Adrien Brody) and the third child Jack (Jason Schwartzman) who are trying to get rid of their bad lives still agree to Francis' plan. The three brothers embark on a hilarious journey across India on a luxury train, collecting strange souvenirs from various places along the way. Finally, after seducing the female conductor, letting go of the cobra they bought as souvenirs, and having a fight on the train, they were thrown out of the car along with all their luggage by the unbearable conductor. Although everything was out of Francis' control, this unplanned incident brought the three brothers closer to the real purpose of the trip... This film was shortlisted for the main competition unit of the 64th Venice Film Festival.
