Synopsis of The Pentagon Wars

Air Force Lt. Col. John Burton was assigned to evaluate the effectiveness of the Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicle prototype, an Army personnel carrier/reconnaissance vehicle that, in its final redesign, found that it actually placed the crew in Fatal trap hazards. Burton had been trying to get it properly tested with live-fire armor, but was continually blocked by his interim commander, Army Major General Partridge, in order to get it prototyped and produced in the enterprise.
