Synopsis of Genius

In the late 1920s, the unknown Thomas Wolfe (Jude Law) came to New York with literary dreams, and his lengthy autobiographical novel was discovered by writers such as Fitzgerald and Hemingway. Literary editor Max Perkins (Colin Firth) takes a fancy. Perkins drastically reduced the length of Wolfe's articles, and the book was a huge success when it was published.
