Synopsis of Public Morals

The story takes place in New York in 1967. The protagonist is a group of police officers working in the "Public Morals Division". These people walk on the edge between justice and sin, and must face the temptations of the world at any time. If they are not careful, they may lose themselves and be swallowed up by sin. Police officer Terry Muldoon (Edward Burns) knows that the boundaries between good guys and bad guys have become very blurred, but he is determined to raise his children well and let them cultivate honesty and kindness from an early age. At the same time, he works hard to make this sin-filled world less dark and more light.
