Synopsis of Wake Up 2

"Narcotic Storm 2" (English: Wake Up 2), a Taiwan TV Series in 2017, is a sequel to "Narcotic Storm". This drama is produced by Zeng Hanxian and Tang Shengrong, directed by Xiao Lixiu, Hung Bohao, and Lin Zhiru, starring Huang Jianwei, Xu Tiffany, Wu Kangren, Li Guoyi, and Meng Gengru. A total of 13 episodes were filmed. This drama is the first of its kind in Taiwan. It was filmed for the first time in a refugee camp in Hebei, Jordan. It depicts the selfless spirit of field doctors in humanitarian rescue. Xiao Zhengxun, who served as a field doctor in Jordan, was traumatized by the MRT bombing when he returned to Taiwan. By chance, Xiao Zhengxun and Yang Weiyu, who had broken up, took over the task of establishing the trauma team of Kanglian Hospital. Unexpectedly, there are huge interests involved behind the explosion, and the entire medical system is deeply involved... "Xiong Zai", a new generation doctor at Kanglian Hospital, is a surgeon with superb medical skills during the day and turns into a rapper at night.
