Star Trek III: The Search for Spock

Synopsis of Star Trek III: The Search for Spock

In 2285, the Federation starship Enterprise, damaged in the battle with Khan, returned to Earth's spaceport for repairs. Kirk is still grieving Spock's death. Dr. McCoy showed various abnormal behaviors: such as breaking into Spock's original cabin that was blocked without authorization, talking nonsense, etc. Finally, he was sent to the hospital for a mental examination. Scotti was assigned to the Federation starship Essence. Starfleet Command issued a no-entry order to the newly formed Genesis Star. Kirk was informed that the Enterprise was about to be decommissioned. Spock's father, Sarek, found Kirk and told him that Spock's body must be returned to Vulcan, otherwise his soul will not rest in peace. Sarek demanded that Kirk return to Genesis, retrieve Spock's coffin and bring it back to Vulcan - and before Spock died, he had a mind-meld with McCoy, so he had Spock. The spirited McCoy must also travel to Vulcan. However, Starfleet refused to let the outdated Enterprise leave the spaceport. After hearing the news after coming out of the hospital, McCoy attempted to recruit a spaceship to return to the Genesis Star. He was arrested during an argument, but this did not affect the overall plan: with Kirk, Scott, Sulu, Uhura and Chekov's gang...
