Synopsis of Dad's Army

The protagonists of "Dads Go to War" are a group of old men living in a small British town. Their identities are bank clerks and shop owners. As World War II intensified, grandfathers who were full of enthusiasm for serving their country were not eligible to join the regular army, but they spontaneously formed a volunteer corps to defend their country and fight wits and courage with German spies. This irregular army attracted the attention of the media, and a female reporter played by Zeta Jones also came to the town to report their stories.
