Synopsis of Jason and the Argonauts
Jason was the heir to the throne of the ancient Greek kingdom, but at a young age he witnessed how his uncle Pelias brutally murdered his father for the throne. After a lucky escape, Jason moved far away from his homeland. Twenty years later, Jason returned to his country to reclaim his throne. The traitorous king Pelias sentenced Jason to death. In order to survive, Jason promised to give his uncle a gift from the gods, the Golden Fleece, so he and a group of brave sailors embarked on a thrilling journey to find the Golden Fleece. After going through many difficulties and dangers, Jason finally obtained the Golden Fleece, regained the throne and forged a happy marriage with Medea.
