Synopsis of This Christmas

Shirley (Loretta Devine) was abandoned by her husband in her early years, and her husband left her with six children. The strong Shirley raised the children, but found that the grown-up children did not seem to be the same. Don't accept her favor. Now, the children seem to have made an appointment and have returned to her, but Shirley knows that the reason behind this is not simple. The eldest son Quentin (played by Idris Elba) returned to Los Angeles from Chicago. Because he owed a huge loan shark, he had to hide back in his hometown after being pursued by his creditors all the way. The second son is serving in the Navy, but he went home without permission from the army. Not only that, he also secretly brought his girlfriend Sandy (Jessica Stroup) back. Baby (Chris Brown) has great musical talent, but he wants to give up this path.
