Synopsis of nursing home

Jack (Jesse Metcalfe)'s sister Lily (Kiele Sanchez) was addicted to the whirlpool of death and attempted suicide many times, and was eventually sent to a mental hospital for forced treatment. In order to save his sister who lost her freedom, Jack pretended to be a mental patient and sneaked into the tightly guarded mental hospital. Occasionally, he discovered that Dr. Gilnedi in the hospital was conducting experiments on patients. He forces people to take a drug and turns them into bloodthirsty maniacs. After learning the truth, Jack planned to escape. They triggered the electronic security system in the hospital and all the mental patients ran out. Of course, it also includes the vicious Dr. Gilnedi and his ruthless vampire army...
