Synopsis of The Fisher King

Jack (Jeff Bridges) was a radio host. In an accident, his inappropriate words caused the mental illness of a man named Edwin (Christian Clemenson). Collapse shot indiscriminately, causing tragic consequences for many casualties. Jack, who was full of guilt and pain, fell into a low ebb in life and was unable to extricate himself. Jack met a homeless man named Parry (Robin Williams). What Jack did not expect was that he was the cause of Parry's madness. It turns out that Parry was once a well-educated professor, and his wife was the victim of Edwin's gunshot. Parry could not bear the pain of losing his wife and went crazy. In order to make up for his mistakes, Jack decided to help Parry. In the end, Jack not only brought Parry together with his female secretary Lydia (Amanda Plummer), but he also successfully restored Parry to his sanity.
