Synopsis of Geronimo: An American Legend

As European immigrants gradually conquered the North American continent and established their own country, the United States, the treatment of Indians has always been a problem. At the border of the southwestern United States and Mexico, there is a group of indigenous Indians who were not bound by the "reservation" system. They are Apaches. After most of them surrendered and were willing to live on the "reservation," the Apache leader Geronimo who still insisted on resisting became the most troublesome figure for the U.S. military. After agreeing to surrender, Lieutenant Gackwood of the Sixth Cavalry Regiment and young Second Lieutenant Davis took to the road to escort Geronimo to the "reservation".
