Synopsis of The House That Jack Built

On a forest road, expressionless Jack (Matt Dillon) picked up a woman whose car broke down. The woman was smart and noisy, and was eventually crushed to death by Jack with a jack. This incident seemed to open a door to hell for Jack, and from then on he embarked on the devil's road full of blood and ice. He has a paranoid and extreme pursuit of beauty, and he is highly obsessive about both material and spiritual matters. He personally designs perfect houses for himself, but often completely demolishes them because he is dissatisfied. During this period, killing gave Jack a great pleasure. He calls himself "Mr. Exquisite" and targets women. He became more and more daring, not only sending photos of the murder scene to newspapers, but also hovering in front of the police and the victims like a game.
