Synopsis of devils and realist

William Twining (voiced by Eguchi Takuya), who is studying in a British aristocratic school, cannot afford the high tuition due to bankruptcy. When he was trying to find a hidden vault at home, he accidentally triggered the magic circle and brought the demon Dantalin (Terajima Takumi) (voiced by Atsu) summoned. He calls himself the Grand Duke of the Demon Realm and is the best candidate to be the acting king of the Demon Realm. He also says that William is a descendant of Solomon and is the "chosen one" of the Demon Realm and has the right to choose the acting king. As a realist who believed in science, William thought everything Dantalin said was nonsense and kicked him out of the house. When William returned to school again, he unexpectedly found that his outstanding tuition fees had been paid in full.
