Synopsis of The Prestige

At the end of the 19th century, people did not know much about scientific civilization, so Angel (Hugh Jackman) and Burden (Christian Bale)'s magic became magical figures in London. Angel was born into a noble family and had gorgeous magic tricks. He was a frequent performer in wealthy circles. Even though Borden was of mediocre origin, his competitive mind and creative magic skills made him famous. The two have been good partners since childhood. However, now they have their own territories in the magic world, and both have ambitions to become top magicians in the music hall. An open and secret struggle is imminent. Borden mastered the wonderful clone technique, which was well received and applauded. When Angel saw that the situation was not good, he brought in scientists to help - the alternating current he invented had infinite magic power and was guaranteed to stun the audience. The two of them exchanged moves, back and forth, and the fight escalated violently. Friendship and morality were all thrown behind them, and a murder was quietly brewing.
