In the parallel world of Japan, the nationalization of railways is deeply rooted. Naoto Takayama (voiced by Jun Fukuyama), who is studying at Kiryu Railway High School, dreams of joining the National Railways as a train driver and living a stable life from then on. For this reason, he entered the student railway OJT to participate in training, and here he met the violent female Sakurai Aoi (voiced by Numakura Aimi) and the simple-minded Iwaizumi Sho (voiced by Hino Satoshi) with strong limbs. After finally passing the OJT test, Naoto and the others were assigned to the Fourth Alert Class of the Tokyo Central Railway Police Office. It turns out that the National Railways has been running a long-term deficit, and many local lines have been abandoned for a long time. For this reason, many organizations have used extreme means to demand that the country privatize the railways, so the Railway Public Security Team came into being. Naoto and the others have become indispensable and important presence on the railway... This film is adapted from Takumi Toyoda's light novel.
