Synopsis of The Rock

General Frank (Ed Harris) of the U.S. Marine Corps was dissatisfied with the government's compensation and benefits for veterans, dead soldiers and their families, and led his troops to use the U.S. military's latest biochemical weapon-VX gas bomb. Smuggled to Rock Island, hijacked 81 tourists who were sightseeing on the island, and took control of the island.
