Synopsis of I TURN

At the age of 45, Mitsuo Komae (Toshi Muro), a staff member of an advertising agency, was assigned to a local branch from the company headquarters. He left his wife and daughter behind in Tokyo and went to Ashura City, the most chaotic city in Japan, to take up his post. There are only two employees and the branch is on the verge of bankruptcy. As the store manager, Komae is forced to face the unsolvable problem of "if the performance does not improve, it will close down or be fired." Mortgage, daughter’s further education... you must not be laid off! Re-evaluate old employees, formulate and implement new rules...Komae intends to use the head office's operating methods to improve performance. Just when he was about to make a big splash, the printing shop responsible for producing flyers suddenly called! From then on, the nightmare began... President Ryuzaki (played by Kei Tanaka) was furious after receiving the flyer that Komae was responsible for. There is an unforgivable mistake here!
