Synopsis of Cypher

Morgan Sullivan (Jeremy Northam) is an out of work accountant who is stuck in an unhappy job, a miserable marriage, and is constantly craving for a new and exciting life. By chance, he became an employee of Digicorp, a high-tech digital company. During the training, he was brainwashed by the company and given a new identity. From then on, he traveled around the world and continued to steal the trade secrets of Sunways, Digicorp's main rival. During a certain mission, he met Rita (Lucy Liu), a girl with a mysterious temperament. Morgan learned from her what had happened to him, and used this as an opportunity to become a double agent. However, his life also began to move crazily out of control... The film won the Golden Crow Award at the 2003 Brussels Fantastic Film Festival; the Best Actor Award (Jeremy Northam), the Best Special Effects Award and the Special Jury Award at the 2003 Portuguese International Film Festival.
