Synopsis of Child's Pose

On a cold night in March, Barbu (Barbu Bogdan Dumitracher) hit and killed a boy while racing. What awaits him is a prison sentence ranging from 3 to 15 years. He is a son of a wealthy man, and his mother Cornelia (Luminetta Gergiu), who is in her 60s, is a successful architect and belongs to Romania's upper class. Her bookshelves are filled with Herta Miller novels that have never been read, and she likes to show off her wallet filled with various credit cards. She used all her strength to clear her spoiled son's name. She hopes to bribe witnesses into changing their testimony. Even the parents of the dead children want to buy them with money
