Synopsis of In the Absence of Good Men

Milo Gibson, Mel Gibson's son, stars in the new movie "Gangster Land" (Gangster Land). The first stills have been released. Milo plays the gangster godfather Al Capone and appears with a gun. Directed by Timothy Woodward Jr. ("Hickok", "American Violence"), it is set in Chicago in the 1920s and will show the rise of the Chicago gang led by Capone through the perspective of Capone's second-in-command "Machine Gun" Jack McGurn. McGurn was once an amateur boxer. After his stepfather was murdered, he was lured to join the Mafia organization. He quickly made a name for himself and participated in the planning of the "Valentine's Day Massacre" in 1929, which brought the madman Moran to Ireland. Several members of the gang were brutally shot to death. Sean Faris, Jason Patric, Jimmie Lin Singler, Peter Facinelli and others participate in the film. It will be released in North America in December and will be distributed by Cinedigm.
