Synopsis of Blackout

Daniel (Christopher Eccleston) is a member of Congress, but his personal life is a mess. Once he drank too much, he beat up a man named Henry (David Hayman), which later The person fell into a coma. Suddenly, Daniel became the target of public criticism. In an accident, Daniel blocked a bullet for Nelson, a young man who was being hunted by drug dealers for speaking out against drugs. This feat transformed him from a street rat that everyone shouted at to a hero overnight. Amidst the honor and praise, Daniel knew that fate had given him a chance to start over. On the advice of political consultant Jerry (Ewen Bremner), Daniel decided to run for mayor, but this also meant that his dark past was about to be exposed to the public.
