Synopsis of Dead & Buried

A seaside town near Rhode Island is picturesque, comfortable and pleasant, attracting tourists from all over the world to come here for vacation. But there seems to be an unknown secret hidden here. Tourists who come here for vacation or residents who live here for a short time will be warmly welcomed at first, but soon they will be brutally killed. What’s even more terrifying is that these dead people will then appear on the island again, welcoming guests and friends from all over the world as hosts. Magistrate Dan Giles (James Farentino)'s wife Jenny (lody Anderson) is also a victim of this series of strange events, and he is determined to find out the truth. He soon noticed that in the solemn atmosphere, only William (Jack Albertson), who was engaged in the funeral business, seemed to be very happy. Is there any connection between William and the strange events? What will be the truth behind it?
