Synopsis of Up in the Air

The film is adapted from the novel of the same name by American writer Walter Ken. Ryan Bullingham (played by George Clooney) works for a company in Omaha, Nebraska, USA, that specializes in providing layoff services for other companies. He spends more than 300 days a year traveling across the country to lay off people, almost Make the airport your home. During a routine layoff trip, Ryan met business beauty Alex (Vera Farmiga). The two fell in love at first sight, but both were content to maintain a casual sexual partnership.
