Synopsis of Dance of Shiva

On January 1, 2011, a bombing in downtown London caused a large number of civilian casualties. A year later on the same day and at the same place, a blind man named Kenny came to the bombing monument with flowers in his hand to commemorate the deceased. Then, Kenny borrowed "echolocation" technology and began to implement his series of murder plans, and was double hunted by the London police and terrorists.
