Synopsis of Holiday Inn

The film consists of a series of musical clips and is directed by Mark Sandry, who is good at musical blockbusters. Each of the interludes uses American holidays as clues, and they all cleverly focus on a pair of love rivals. This film was nominated for the Best Screenplay and Best Music Awards at the 15th Academy Awards in 1943! In a hotel opened on the roadside, two young partners, Hardy and Heinovo, fell in love with a girl at the same time. Although Henover (played by the famous dancer Fred Astaire) successively took the lead in the pursuit of love, he eventually lost to Hardy (played by the famous singer Bing Crosby). Hardy is a lazy man who loves music. He retired and returned to the New England countryside. During holidays, his farm becomes an entertainment club...
