Synopsis of Tenacious D in The Pick of Destiny

The film is directed by JB (Jack Black) and KG (Kyle Gass), the two lead singers of the band "Tough D", telling how they "made" step by step "the greatest in the world". The band's journey. JB was born in an extremely conservative family, and his father has always been firmly opposed to JB playing rock music - this "devil's sound". But that didn't stop JB from becoming a true believer in rock music. So little JB escaped from this suffocating home and headed towards "Hollywood" guided by the god of rock and roll in his heart - Ronnie James Dio. One day, JB was attracted by a moving melody on the street, and the person playing Bach's "E minor Concerto" was KG. Then the two established the "Tenacious D" band, which shocked the world, and continued to move towards their dream ideals. This film is not an autobiographical film in the strict sense. Many scenes are designed to create a comedic effect.
