Synopsis of Dead Man's Shoes

Richard (Paddy Considine) is strong, agile and smart. He is ambitious and vows to defend his personal interests to the death. Anthony (Toby Kebbell) is thin, timid and fearful by nature, and he even appears a little cowardly and slow. These two men with very different personalities and appearances are true brothers. Richard took very good care of his younger brother's life, and Anthony seemed to be able to gain courage as long as he followed his brother. One day, the two brothers, who depended on each other for life, returned to their hometown after a long separation, and settled down on the farm where they had stayed. The familiar environment and childhood experiences brought Richard and Anthony short-term happiness, but soon, the cruelty of reality diluted the comfort of memories. The seemingly peaceful town is secretly controlled by drug dealers and the underworld. Richard's return has only one purpose, and that is to seek revenge on these inhuman thugs.
