Synopsis of Tommy Boy

Tom runs an auto parts factory and his business is very successful. But as his body gets older, Tom knows that it is time to find an heir to the company, and this heir is Tom's son Tommy (Brian Dennehy). However, Tommy is an ignorant fat man who only knows how to eat, drink and have fun all day long, so he is not worthy of being entrusted to him. Not long after Tommy returned to his father, Tom passed away, leaving the selfless Richard (David Spade) to assist Tom in managing the company's affairs. Tommy and Richard's biggest enemy is Tommy's stepmother Beverly (played by Bo Derek). Beverly married Tom just to seize his property, and has been pretending to be her son around her. The man is actually her lover.
