Synopsis of Summer Days with Coo

Summer vacation was about to begin, and primary school student Koichi Uehara picked up a big stone on his way home from school. He took the stone home, and unexpectedly when he washed it with water, a little kappa jumped out of it. The little river boy called him "Gu", so Kang Yi named it "Little Gu". Little Gu can speak human language, and he has been buried underground for hundreds of years. Kang Yi and Xiao Gu soon became good friends. They bathed together, ate together, and slept together. Other family members also accepted Xiaogu, and the little kappa became the secret of the Uehara family. One day, Xiaogu proposed that he wanted to go home and be with his friends.
