Synopsis of Riders

The story takes place in the bustling streets of Paris, France, where a group of maverick "walkers" live. They are keen on roller skating and experience the passion brought by wind and speed on small pulleys. Slim (Stephen Dorff) and his girlfriend Alex (Karen Cliche) have been in love for many years. The two are very good friends. Each other's superb skills enjoy a high reputation in the circle. As time went by, Slim gradually became tired of the ordinary life and the increasingly boring roller skating. One day, he suddenly had a whim and decided to use roller skating as a means of transportation to robbing banks. With the technology, all this must be easy. In this way, Slim started this crazy action with Alex and their two friends Otis (Clé Bennett) and Frank (Steven McCarthy).
