The Big One

The Big One

Synopsis of The Big One

The Big One recorded during his book tour across the country that in the mid-1990s, major companies "took advantage of the situation" to move large numbers of sweatshops to third world countries, severely reducing the demand for domestic labor markets, resulting in the social crisis of people's livelihood. In the film, Philip Knight, the president of Nike, confidently issued an invitation to be interviewed by Moore. Moore himself unexpectedly became the first CEO of a large company to be formally interviewed since the "riot" in his life. As people expected, the recorded images and Mr. Moore's intellectual performance dwarfed President Knight, who has always been regarded as the darling of a generation of sporting goods. He looked around but was unable to say it. His hypocritical mask was ruthlessly torn away while hesitating and dealing with it.
