Synopsis of The Icebreaker

A polar icebreaker named "Gromov" suddenly encountered a moving iceberg. A violent collision sends a polar explorer tumbling into the sea. In order to rescue those who fell into the water, the hull of the ship was severely damaged. Upon learning of this situation, the ship headquarters immediately sent a new captain named Shevchenko to the "Gromov". Shevchenko has more of a captain's dignity than former captain Petrov, but his high-pressure policies also caused dissatisfaction among the crew. What made the crew even more desperate was that the "Gromov" was trapped in the ice and could not move, and could only wait for rescue from the headquarters. When the fuel was about to run out, they finally saw the light and got out of trouble.
