Synopsis of Frankenstein
Frankenstein (Colin Clive) is a genius scientist. He wanted to create life like God, so he left the university regardless of the opposition of the school professor, and went to an old castle on the mountain with his assistant to conduct human experiments. He found various human body parts from cemeteries and other places, and stole a brain from the school laboratory, using these to create a human body. Out of worry, his fiancée Elizabeth (Mae Clarke) went to the castle laboratory to look for Frankenstein with her friend (John Boles) and school professor. It was on this stormy night that Frankenstein's human experiment was completed - he used lightning to bring life to the body on the operating table. However, a few days later, the monster created by the scientist began to get out of control. He first killed the scientist's assistant, and then began to attack professors and scientists. As a result, the exhausted scientist was taken home and began to prepare for the wedding, while the monster was left to the professor to deal with. But the monster killed the professor, escaped from the experimental table, approached the village step by step, and drowned a little girl...
