Synopsis of Invaders of the Rokujyouma!?

Satomi Kotaro (voiced by Nakamura Yuichi) is a seemingly ordinary high school student who lives in Room 106 of the Corona Village Apartment where the rent is extremely cheap, and leads a peaceful life. What Kotaro never imagined was that one day, his peaceful life would be completely changed by the appearance of a girl. The girl's name is Sanae Higashimoto (voiced by Eri Suzuki), and her true identity turns out to be the ghost who lives in Room 106. After her attempt to scare Koutarou away failed, Sanae gradually became accustomed to the life of "living together" with Koutarou. Sanae is not the only one who wants to compete with Kotaro for a room. The hot-bodied descendant of the ancient civilization Kurano Kirika (voiced by Tazawa Majun), the unexpected magical girl Nijino Yurika (voiced by Omori Riya), and the other two people from outside. The princess Tiamislin (voiced by Maria Long Rope), who came from far away from space, and these beautiful girls who appeared one after another, each made Room 106 the target of their invasion. In order to protect the cheap rental housing on which he relies for survival, Kotaro's "war" begins.
