Synopsis of Secret Meeting

A black and white locked room detective film with ten characters, one female and nine male, one of whom is the murderer. "I had never heard of this play in the past. I watched it for the filming of "8 Beauties". It benefited me a lot and I have a clearer understanding of American movies of that era." (Ossan) "Marie- "Octobre" is very realistic, a heavy film, and it's shot meticulously. Ossan goes in the opposite direction - relaxed, non-realistic, colorful, ironic (the characters accuse each other). For similar Christie-style detective films, Ossan prefers Guy Hamilton (The Mirror Crack'd), Evil under the Sun, and Sydney Lumet's Orient Express. "8 Beauties" "Qianjiao" most often refers to the set design of this film, such as the living room, study room, bedroom, dining room, etc.
