Synopsis of How to Train Your Dragon

The young Hiccup (voiced by Jay Baruchel) of the Viking island nation is the son of the great Storyk (voiced by Gerard Butler), the tribe leader. He very much wants to slaughter the people with his own hands like his father. Dragons - these flying dragons are the main natural enemies of the Vikings herding sheep on the island - but every time he appears in the tribe's dragon-slaying battle, it only causes everyone more trouble. In a battle against a flying dragon, Hiccup secretly wounded one of the most mysterious "Night Fury Dragons" with a dragon shooter, and released and raised it behind the back of his tribe.
