Synopsis of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest

In order to escape forced labor in prison, McMurphy (Jack Nicholson) pretended to be mentally abnormal and was sent to a mental hospital. His arrival brought a violent impact to the lifeless mental hospital. Mike's request to watch the television broadcast of the baseball game challenged the strict management system of the hospital, and was obstructed by the head nurse Rachel (Louise Fletcher) in every possible way; Mike took the patients out to sea to fish, which boosted their spirits, but It gave the hospital a headache. In order to punish Mike for his audacity and repeated violations of hospital rules, the hospital decided to keep him in the lunatic asylum forever.
