# Synopsis of Paradise Cinema

In a small town in southern Italy, the quirky little boy Duoduo (played by Savatelli Casio) likes to watch movies, and even more likes to watch the projectionist Evert (played by Philippe Noiret) showing movies. He and Evert We became close friends and found the joy of childhood life in the film. In order to let more audiences see the movie, the kind-hearted Evert held an open-air movie. As a result, the film caught fire. Duoduo rescued Everda from the fire, but Everda was blinded. Duoduo became the only person in the town who could show movies. He succeeded Evert as the town's film projectionist. As Duoduo (played by Mark Leonardi) grows up, he falls in love with the banker's daughter Elena (played by Agnese Nano). The pure feeling of first love is as beautiful as heaven, but the vows of a young couple are cut off by Elena's father's obstruction. Duoduo goes to do military service, while Elena goes to college.
