Synopsis of Jinn

Netflix's first Arabic-language original series is set to be the teen drama "Jinn" (Jinn, the mythical monster from Arabic legends that was also talked about in "American Gods" not long ago). The play has supernatural and action elements. It tells the story of a group of teenagers who discover that the "demon spirits" in the story are real. As their friendship and love are tested, they will also be involved in a battle between good and evil. Filming has started in Amman, Jordan and is expected to be released in 2019. The director is Mir-Jean Bou Chaaya, who directed the 2015 Lebanese film "Super Blockbuster".
