Synopsis of Xiang Bang Movie 3
On Phoenix Island, 300 kilometers away from Tokyo, an incident occurred where a person was trampled to death by a horse. Unexpectedly, Sugoshita Ukyo (played by Yutaka Mizutani)'s old partner Kobe Takashi (played by Mitsuhiro Oikawa) came to visit. It turns out that this private island is being used as a training base for a militia organization with a Self-Defense Force background, and the organization seems to be suspected of manufacturing biological and chemical weapons. Kobe was assigned by the Deputy Chief of the Police Department, Kai Mineaki (played by Koji Ishizaka), to order Sugishita and his partner Kai Yu (played by Hiroki Narimiya) to go to Phoenix Island in the name of investigating the murder case to secretly detect evidence of biological and chemical weapons.
