Synopsis of The Kotaki Brothers and the Four Sufferings and the Eight Sufferings
This drama tells the story of Furutaki, a former English lecturer at a prep school, his brother Furutaki who is now unemployed and living a frugal life, and his younger brother Erichi (played by Takifuji) who suddenly moves into his brother's house. The content of the "rental grandpa" commissioned by the two of them includes strange cases such as the husband's appearance after retirement, whether his friend died alone, and the world will end in three months... etc. The clumsy brothers struggled to survive in the world while doing various mischief from lonely clients.
