Synopsis of Little Forest

The new Korean film "Little Forest" adapted from Daisuke Igarashi's Japanese manga of the same name will be directed by director Lim Soon-rye and star Kim Tae-ri. This is her next starring film after "The Lady". "Little Forest" has also been adapted into two movies in Japan. The film tells the story of a heroine who leaves city life behind and comes to her hometown in the countryside to experience rural life. It will depict South Korea's beautiful natural scenery and diverse food through director Lim Soon-rye's unique and tender perspective. The filming period is about one year because it takes place in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Im Soon-rye also expressed her opinion on the choice of Kim Tae-ri, "Kim Tae-ri's acting skills and natural charm are very attractive among 20-generation actresses. This role is very suitable for her."
