Synopsis of Dummy Season 1
It tells the story of screenwriter Cody (Kendrick) who discovers that his boyfriend (Donal Logue) seems to be cheating on him with... a sex doll. This talking, sentient plastic doll caught Cody's attention with statements such as "We are all sex dolls until we subvert the patriarchy" and a lively elf personality. On the advice of a psychiatrist, she and the doll embark on a road trip and develop a friendship.
