Synopsis of Maggie's Plan
McGee is a New Yorker in her 30s who works in the education industry. She is energetic and practical. Although she has not been able to find true love, she still decided to raise a child independently at this time. However, when she meets an anthropology professor and author named John, she falls in love at first sight and adjusts her plans for motherhood. A more complicated problem is that John has an unhappy marriage with Georgette, a scholar who is obsessed with work. Maggie, with the help of a couple, launches a plan that unexpectedly connects several people. Ultimately, McGee understands that sometimes destiny requires a natural course rather than a deliberate one.
