Synopsis of Rio

Alan (voiced by Jesse Eisenberg) is an extremely rare blue macaw in the world. When he was still a nestling, he was abducted by despicable poachers from the tropical jungles of Rio to the United States. By some strange combination of circumstances, he became the pet of the little girl Linda, and they have been together for many years. Today, Alan is like a pampered otaku who has even forgotten how to fly. One day, an ornithologist named Tulio (voiced by Rodrigo Santoro) passed by the bookstore run by Linda (voiced by Leslie Mann). He was shocked by Alan and hoped to bring Alan back to Rio to be the only one left in the world. Another female bird breeds offspring. Although she was uneasy, considering the fate of the blue macaw, Linda still took Alan to Rio. Alan successfully met the beautiful fellow Zhuer (voiced by Anne Hathaway). Zhuer is determined to escape from the cage and return to nature. At the same time, a group of criminals focused on these cute little creatures...
