Synopsis of In This Our Life
Stanley (played by Bette Davis) and Roy (played by Olivia de Havilland) are a pair of sisters. Stanley has a domineering personality and often rides on Roy's head to blatantly bully her. The kind-hearted and honest Roy always chooses to be patient. Stanley is about to enter the wedding hall with her boyfriend Craig (George Brent), but at this juncture, she silently and Olivia's husband Peter (Dennis Morgan) ) eloped. In the end, Olivia decided to fulfill the relationship between her sister and her husband and agreed to divorce. However, Pete could not bear the condemnation of his conscience and chose to commit suicide. The desperate Stanley wanted to return to Craig, but found that Craig had fallen in love with the kind-hearted Roy.
