Synopsis of Heidi
Orphan Heidi (played by Shirley Temple) and Aunt Dete (played by Mady Christians) live together. However, Dete does not want to continue to take care of her niece, so she sends Heidi all the way to a remote hospice - Grandpa Heidi. (Jean Hersholt)'s retreat. Grandfather Adolf, who was immersed in grief for the loss of his son, initially ignored the granddaughter he had never met, but as time passed, the relationship between grandfather and grandson deepened. But the greedy Dete returns again and deceives Heidi to sell her to others as a maid.
