Synopsis of Let Me In

In a small town that is often covered with snow, there is a dingy and lonely apartment where teenager Owen (played by Kodi Smit-McPhee) and his divorced mother (played by Cara Buono) live here. This handsome little boy is sensitive and timid, and is often bullied by others at school. His mother is a religious believer and has no time to care about him. Owen can only hide in his small room, peering into the outside world through a telescope, or pretending to be a serial killer to release the depression and anger in his heart. One night, the beautiful and mysterious Abby (Chloë Grace Moretz) moved into the apartment and became Owen's neighbor. These two children who share unique temperaments are attracted to each other and gradually become good friends. At the same time, murder cases occurred one after another in the small town, and Owen also accidentally discovered the incredible secrets of Abby... This film is adapted from the novel of the same name by John Ajvide Lindqvist. The Swedish version was previously released to great acclaim.
