Synopsis of The Dark Below

Olive, a gifted young marine biologist, had an accident while diving in the deep-sea depths of the Atlantic Ocean. As a result, she lost some memory and lost her dream job. During that accident she discovered a mysterious creature. Olive takes the creature home privately and plans to study it in the basement, without her boyfriend Matt knowing. While living and recovering from her injuries in the Outback, Olive begins to realize that she has a symbiotic bond with the creature, driving her to carry out its evil will. Plagued by horrific nightmares, she pieces together the fragmented memories of an accident in the depths of the ocean, only to discover that an ancient, horrific evil unimaginable secret has been unwittingly unleashed. Olive discovers that her mad obsession threatens not only her, but those around her.
